Production and Shipping Times

*Please note shipping time is independent from production time of 2-5 days.*

Within Canada, orders can take 2-13 business days once shipped, depending on location. For example, a package sent Canada Post Expedited may take 5 days to get to Vancouver, BC, and another package sent by the same service will take 13 days to get to Iqaluit, Nunavut.

Within the USA, orders usually take 2-6 days to arrive once shipped, please not that shipping times may vary from the stated

International orders take 10-20 business days, but may be delayed at the border of the destination country as they go through customs.

Tracking Orders

Most Canada and all US bound orders will have tracking. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped, which will include the tracking number, if applicable.

Our standard international shipping cost does not include tracking for orders valued under 100$. When you receive your shipping notification you will see tracking listed as n/a which means “not applicable”.

Standard International orders valued at or over 100$ will be shipped with tracking automatically. Depending on the value of the order, it may be shipped with USPS or a courier, such as DHL.

Please note that international orders may be subject to duties, fees or taxes levied by the destination country and/or shipping company. WE THE INSPIRED is not responsible for these additional charges. To find out what the possible fees are, please contact the local postal service or customs agency.

Receiving Orders

*Please note that our items are pretreated for longevity to give you the best quality products, this means that we recommend you wash before wearing. The pretreat does have a slight "vinegar" odour but goes away with one wash.*

Some products might be shipped separately

Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately, and may come from various Warehouses.

For example,  

You might order a t-shirt and add a tote to the order; However, if you choose another product, like a mug (that requires different packaging).
